Allan Cobb
Allan B. Cobb began exploring caves in Central Texas in 1979. He has explored and surveyed caves throughout Texas and many other states. He has also explored and surveyed caves in Mexico, Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, Jamaica, Spain, and France. He has participated in cave and survey expeditions in some of the longest and deepest cave in the world. He has also worked closely with archaeologists in studying ceremonial caves throughout Mesoamerica. He has worked as an instructor with training programs in general caving techniques, cave conservation and restoration, vertical caving, cave survey, and cave photography.
