The 2018 Maya at the Playa Conference is returning to the Hilton Garden Inn. Registration including all Glyph Workshops is $265.00.
The only meal you need to sign up for will be the Saturday night “Maya at the Playa” Dinner. Dinner will be held in the ballroom of the Hilton Garden Hotel. Start time 6:30pm. We will start the dinner with a champagne toast! All options include a salad (Mix of Spinach and Romaine, topped with crumbled blue cheese, cranberries and candied pecans tossed in a sweet and sour dressing), Warm Rolls and Creamy Whipped Butter, a specialty dessert and Coffee, Decaffeinated coffee, or Hot Tea.
1. Grilled Salmon Filet w/Lemon chardonnay beurre blanc, Jasmine Steamed Rice and Seasonal Vegetable.
2. Lemon Thyme Chicken Lemon & Thyme marinated French cut chicken breast with natural juices, Chef Creation of Starch & Vegetables.
3. Grilled Vegetable Wellington Portobello Mushrooms, Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Red Bell Pepper, and Asparagus wrapped in a Puff Pastry Finished with a Roasted Red Pepper Sauce.

Lunches will be on your own. There are many local restaurants within walking distance. We will provide a list of options and directions at the registration table.
All guests are welcome to attend dinners on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We will dine at local favorites like the Golden Lion and Woody's BBQ. We will announce the location for dinners at the conference and anyone who is interested is more than welcome to join the presenters and Mat for an evening of laughter, relaxation and friendship.
