We’ve tried our best to make registration simple and painless but the Maya at the Playa Conference only has limited space, so its important to register early to secure your seat. We have several registration choices to cater to our guests. Online registration is fairly quick and easy but we will also register you over the phone if you prefer. Online registration will require a credit card payment but registering by phone will allow you to use cash, check, or credit card.
We have offered our 4-Day Lecture Pass at an Early Bird rate of $ 210.00 through September 1. If you purchase your ticket after September 1, the cost per ticket will be $240.00. You may also qualify for an additional discount. If you are a member of the Archaeological Institute of America, The Institute of Maya Studies, or the Precolumbian Society of DC, you are eligible for a $20.00 discount. If you are a member of American Foreign Academic Research, you are eligible for a 20% discount. This can be used in addition to the Early Bird so you could get your pass for as little as $190.00! If you would like to register for any of our special meals or events, you will be able to do so at registration. If registering online, you will be asked if you would like to register for any agenda items. Simply, check the box if you would like to attend or leave it blank if you aren’t interested. Many of the events have very limited seating and always sell out so please register early if you intend to go. An event breakdown is listed below.
